We designed, fabricated, delivered and installed the entire project.This steel structure factory building is for Agricultural Health Food production. Unlike the general warehouse/workshop that only stores goods and machines, this factory needs the appropriate temperature to make food processing safe and smooth. Therefore, we suggest our customers use EPS sandwich panel for the wall and roof, to achieve the effect of thermal insulation.
This kind of food processing factory needs a clean, and safe environment, we exspecialy considered the anti-rust treatment and the surface treatment when welding the steel structure frame. (2.5 Sa shot blasting, two primer coats, and one surface coat).
The whole building construction is required to be completed within 3 months,on budget, safely and effectively, even in terrible weather conditions,and we made it!
